Ruvido is a project born from two young friends, sommelier Alessio and oenologist Matias. They met as opponents on the basketball court, but over time became teammates. It was then their friendship grew and they discovered their other shared passion: wine. Though neither come from winemaking families, they are both passionate about making wine as naturally as possible. With just under 2 hectares under vine, they farm without any use of chemical products, and do everything on their own by hand. In the cellar, the grapes are gently pressed and the wine is always spontaneously fermented. They do not fine, filter, or add sulfur to their wines.
