Grower Website

Located on a 2.5 hectare farm in the village of Cesinali near the town of Avellino, Campania, the farm has been in the family for 3 generations. The vines for the Particella 928 were replanted in 2001. Running North to South, the plot itself is only half a hectare in size and rich in volcanic soil. Enologist, Luigi Sarong, uses native yeast, whole cluster pressing, and adds only 10 grams of free sulfur to the wine.
