Viña Ilusión - Rioja
Since Since 1992, winemaker Martin Alonso and his wife Gloria have been experimenting with different types of organic farming. Using ideas taken from Fukuoka, permaculture, and Steiner's biodynamics, they have created a harmonious environment for their soil and vines to improve and regenerate. This 100% tempranillo is certified organic, wild yeast fermented, and bottled with a total amount of sulfur of 35grm/litre. The vines are at 700m and sit on clay and limestone soil.
