La Maliosa - Tuscany
La Maliosa, the passion of Antonella Manuli, is a vineyard in Tuscany dedicated to natural wine making. They achieve this by cultivating their vineyards with biodynamic practices and respecting local agricultural traditions. This includes encouraging ecological biodiversity within their vineyards. All of their wines are made with blends of indigenous varietals that they carefully selected from the many original varietals they found in the vineyard. Their wine making practices are all natural, using indigenous yeasts to naturally ferment the grapes without the addition of sulfur. The wines are aged in old oak barrels and are not filtered thus leaving the wines beautiful and true expressions of the land.
